Other Sports

• Minnesota Freeze Australian Football Club Australian Football is a fast paced, high scoring sport that combines elements of Ultimate, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, etc. The Freeze have men's and women's teams. The women's team is forming a women's rec footy league that will play from mid May through June. Rec footy is a non-contact form of Australian football and the Freeze welcomes people of all ages, experience, skills, and fitness levels. The Freeze women also run Fitness through Footy which is a free series of fitness sessions in a variety of activities such as Crossfit, Boxing, renting soccer domes, or gyms. These are a great way to get some fun, challenging workouts in during the off season.
