Tuesday Co-ed League

About the 2008 League

  • The Summer Recreational League stresses learning, skill development, and sociability and welcomes both novice and expert players. All players are encouraged to contribute to their teams; to that end competition is de-emphasized in favor of training and skill growth. Rec League uses a draft/hat format. A draft is held each year for captains to form teams. Rankings provided by the players during registration are used to balance the teams. The league is also co-ed: 3 players of each gender must be on the field for all plays.
  • League Fees for 2008 will be $65
  • The field costs have increased significantly (23% at NSC) but we have been able to keep the league fees the same as past years.
  • Fees include a wicking jersey.
  • The Tuesday league starts May 13 and ends Aug 12. The playoffs will occur during the last three weeks of the season.
  • There will be no games on July 8.
  • The Blaine fields are unavailable July 8, July 15, & July 29. As in years past, we will attempt to secure alternate fields.
  • Please read and familiarize yourself with the League rules
