The Twin Cities Ultimate League is organized to promote the sport of Ultimate Frisbee in the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding metropolitan area. Our mission is to provide opportunities for people to play and enjoy Ultimate through leagues, tournaments and other events throughout the year. The sport of Ultimate encourages health through athletic activity and promotes sportsmanship through its encouragement of fair play embodied in the sport’s rules.
