The TCUL Board is committed to a focus on safety for our community given the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, TCUL will be delaying or modifying our summer offerings. We would greatly appreciate feedback from the community on your level of interest to participate in certain offerings this year; we also welcome any questions or suggestions you may have.
TCUL is proud to support Minnesota Strike and Minnesota Ultimate as they present a virtual Speaker Series amplifying and supporting local organizations working toward racial justice and equity in Minnesota.
After deliberation by the TCUL Board, reviewing the guidance provided by leading medical and governmental agencies, and consulting with other sports organizations, we have decided it is in the best interest for the safety and health of our players and the public to cancel our 2020 fall league offering.
After deliberation by the TCUL Board, reviewing the guidance provided by leading medical and governmental agencies, and consulting with other sports organizations, we have decided it is in the best interest for the safety and health of our players and the public to cancel our 2020 summer league offerings. This includes our Tuesday recreational co-ed league, Thursday competitive co-ed league, Thursday men's league, and Monday master's league.
Due to the continued need to focus on safety for our community, TCUL has delayed our summer offerings further and will not be opening registrations until at least May 1.
Summer league registration is being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Registration is being moved, tentatively, to April 1.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, TCUL has decided to cancel the Mini tournament scheduled for March 21 and postpone the Womxn's clinic that was going to take place in early April.
TCUL is aware of the impact that the COVID-19 virus is having around us, both locally and beyond. It has affected a number of events, sports, and gatherings of persons. We are currently discussing as a board our next steps in response to this issue and will be providing guidance and updates in the coming days. In the meantime, please consult with the CDC website and their current guidance on the topic. Thank you.
Twin Cities Ultimate League is excited to announce our sponsorship of the Minnesota Strike. Strike Ultimate is a womxn's professional ultimate team joining the Premier Ultimate League for the 2020 Season!
We've moved to the SportsEngine platform and will be ever evolving our new virtual home over the remainder of this year.
